Its that time of the year! The Delhi Book Fair has kick started on the 25th August and will be held till 2nd September at Pragati Maidan Hall 7 from 10.00 am to 7:30 pm.

For the first time ever, the DBF has removed its entry fee in the hope that more youth visits and admires Literature.
2. Free shuttle service
Yes, you heard it right, you wouldn't need to walk from the entry gate to the hall, just wait a few minutes for those mini vans to arrive and hop on !!
3. Less time consumption
This time the DBF is just one hall big, it will take you less time to cover the whole fair.
4. More Indian Publishers
You can find a host of Indian Publishers this time at the Book Fair like Diamond Pocket Books, National Book Trust, Sahitya Akademi, and Hindi Academy.

All those people who were dragged here against their wishes have something to look forward to. The ITPO has ropped in many college troops to perform at the DBF.
So, alongside the regular features such as the Author’s Corner, book reading sessions, drawing competitions, etc. We will also have College Day, where students from cultural societies of different colleges will perform. Going forward, we want the colleges to participate regularly in the Delhi Book Fair- says Deepak Kumar, executive director, India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO).
