Bhavesh Joshi: The Indian Kick Ass Superhero Is Coming To Theatres On 25th May, And I'm Going 1st Day 1st Show. Here's Why..

Director Vikramaditya Motwane is one of Hindi cinema's brightest talents who has given us some entertaining films like Masaan, Udaan, Queen, Trapped, NH10 and Mukkabaaz, is back with a Bang.
It's a bit of a surprise from Motwane, whose previous films have leaned more toward the dramatic side of the cinematic spectrum. Bringing a new superhero in town, Motwane introduces us to 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero' starring Harshvardhan Kapoor who dons the lead role in this quirky-action thriller.
In a country where we have seen superhero movies like Ra.One, Krrish, and Flying Jatt, quite unlike its Indian made predecessors it's interesting to see to a new superhero who ain't like our cliché ones.
This movie is very different than our usually Bollywood superhero movies. It's edgy, dark and gives you hope that this might be the movie that will change the face of B-town's superhero film.
The title role as a vigilante superhero in a very conspicuous LED lit helmet. The action and what story is offered in the trailer place the tone as a mix of the Dark Knight Batman and Netflix's Daredevil, with a hint of Kick-Ass thrown in for good measure.
 
The action-packed trailer traces the journey of a group of friends who set out on the path of righteousness. Over a series of thrilling incidents, their life takes a curve, leading a common man to become a Superhero in the form of 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero'. Movie also feature a slacker who decides to don tights and fight crime.

This scene is very similar to the one in Kick-Ass, in which Aaron Taylor Johnson’s Dave Lizewski wonders why more people don’t become superheroes in real life.
Motwane and Phantom Films are known for good stories and if they can translate that into the superhero genre, Bhavesh Joshi could be something special. The movie has been creating the right noise with the intriguing teaser and trailer and has been showered with praises from not just the audience and critics but also Bollywood celebrities.
Bhavesh Joshi Superhero will be Harshvardhan’s second film after his debut, Mirzya,The film is slated to release on May 25 and I'll be there first day, first show..
