Pokémon Fans Are Going Crazy With The Three New Games Announced, And We Don't Blame Them.
It’s an exciting time to be a Pokémon fan!!! Wondering why?? With the Announcement of two new Games and a Core RPG, we truly have nothing to complain about. And we are superrr-duperrr happy!!!
As soon as this game was announced at The Pokémon 2018 Video Game Press Conference , it was a free-to-start game on the Nintendo Switch.
And the highlight of this game is that the Pokémon in Pokémon Quest have a boxy, cube-like appearance called Pubexel. In this game the trainers will face off against wild Pokémon.
Pokémon Quest will feature the tumblecube Island that will be explored while battling against the wild Pokémon, gathering treasure and befriending new Pokémon with a team of up to three. There is a special mention of “power stone” that will strengthen the team and you will get to decide which characteristic your Pokémon will have.
POKÉMON LET’S GO PIKACHU AND POKÉMON LET’S GO EEVEE
Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee are coming to Nintendo Switch from November 16. This game has everything from the controls, to the design to the art. This game shares elements from both Pokémon Go and the Core series.
This game will be controlled by the Joy-Con. But, there is a possibility a new accessory will be launched this year called the Poke Ball Plus. Battles against trainers remain the same as they are in the core series, but wild Pokémon encounters are entirely different and new.
In Let’s Go, wild Pokémon will be seen roaming the world in real time, replacing random battles. When you touch one of these Pokémon, the encounter becomes nearly identical to a Pokémon Go encounter. The Pokémon will be on screen, giving you an opportunity to throw a Poke Ball to catch it, no battling involved.
POKÉMON RPG SERIES
After the announcement of the Pokémon Quest and Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee, they have announced the plans for a “core” Pokémon Game - Pokémon RPG series for which the fans have been waiting for years!
Pokémon RPG series is arriving in late 2019 on the Nintendo Switch. The series will also "follow in the tradition of Pokémon X and Y and Pokémon Sun and Moon" said the Pokémon director, producer, and composer Junichi Masuda. Given that wild Pokémon battles and new generations of Pokémon are the most notable core RPG-style features which is missing from Let's Go. Theinformation that's available we can interpret that it will be a more recognisable Pokémon RPG with more "hardcore" aspects like EVs and IVs.
Core RPG series will give the long time fans a new way to play Pokémon (wohoo!!)
If the Quest and Let's go will be a hit this year, then there's no doubt that it will continue in 2019 RPG series as well!
